I continued working within my profession of 25 years: Leadership Development, Coaching and Consulting.
I have been a Leader Developer for over 20 years since my initial career as an Army Infantry Officer. In addition, in 2020 I also became the News Editor/Writer for my hometown newspaper.
After taking an early retirement as a Major, I have been a professor with four different universities teaching Graduate Level Leadership courses.
I primarily work now with Senior Leadership Staffs in developing systematic Leadership and Organizational Relationships.
